The Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) function is part of the Corporate Sector and responsible for working across the firm to reduce exposure to access control related threats and regulatory and audit issues.
Reporting into GIAM Program Management office, the primary function of the role is to provide comprehensive strategic support to lead the planning, campaign development, messaging and broad awareness of the multi-year Identity and Access Management program adoption. The role will involve regular interaction with senior management and across all Technology Lines of Business leads to ensure firm-wide impact.
Partner with Senior management to develop a strong messaging platform, strategy / campaign that can be digitally woven throughout the firm.
Manage and maintain and execute on a rolling 120-day detailed activity calendar and “editorial” calendar for GIAM internal and firm-wide awareness across a variety of vehicles (Symphony, email, etc) and content platforms (Web, SharePoint, Confluence, etc)
Plan and manage monthly/quarterly internal events to ensure information flows to firm-wide audiences, including: Town Halls, Strategic planning off-sites, Symphony chats, Video Messages, etc)
Research and drive the creation of executive messaging and reporting – Flash reports, white papers, etc.
Be a trusted business partner to enable technology by managing overall planning, communications and reporting.
Organize and manage executive-level business reviews as needed – ensuring all technical content is executive friendly and clear.
8+ years of relevant financial industry experience, ideally coupled with Product Marketing or Campaign Management.
Strong technical writing skills
Must be organized and able to manage multiple timelines across many programs
Must have strong communications ability – written and oral
Ideal experience/background in finance, technology, and operations
Must be a confident leader -- possessing a strength of personality and intellect to gain the respect of demanding business heads and senior finance management team
Must have a collaborative and participative style. Professionalism, sensitivity, discretion and sound decision-making skills allied with the ability to interact at senior executive level are essential.
Ability to prioritize, multi task and drive the agenda under pressure
Advanced MS Office (ADVANCED PowerPoint and Excel skills required)
Advanced knowledge and management of SharePoint, Qlikview, databases
