Job Description

Support a team to provide consistency and controls within the Quality program. This includes consistent application of Quality processes; change control management of procedures/checklists and other related projects. Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Candidates must be able to work as part of a team, demonstrate strength in communication and problem solving, as well as attention to detail.

  • Maintain workflow, users, and custom data parameters within QA application

  • Execute and support projects that maintain or improve technical E2E BAU of QA business unit

  • Develop consumable reporting outputs from QA application

  • Acquire, process, and format input data for QA application in support of multiple QA process scopes

  • Ad-hoc support of output reporting from QA application for internal audit

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in infrastructure or shared services organization with exposure to project mgmt principles and/or MIS construction, maintenance, and management.

  • Proficient in SQL, PowerPivot and Qlikview

  • Knowledge of ARMCO’s ACES application

  • Experience with Sharepoint and Sharepoint Designer (preferred)

  • Proficient PC skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, VBA

  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflow and priorities

  • Superior and creative PC skills with all common business software, i.e. Microsoft Suite -Extensive excel knowledge needed to analyze data and summarize findings into commentary, graphs, charts and pivot tab

  • Project management experience, including identifying steps needed to complete project, executing major milestones, summarizing findings, and presenting to senior management.

  • Process improvement experience.

  • Proven record of reliable customer service to internal and external customers

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to summarize detailed analysis into senior management key messages and next steps.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Proficient in time management with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure in a deadline oriented environment.

  • Strong attention to details.

  • Uses well-organized process to manage issues and solve problems

  • Executes with appropriate sense of urgency.

  • Raises difficult issues in a timely manner

  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent work experience preferred
