Global Wealth Management (GWM) is part of the Asset Management business segment. It is comprised of the US and International Private Bank and JP Morgan Securities businesses which provide integrated wealth management services for ultra high net worth and high net worth families and individuals worldwide. GWM oversees $1 trillion of client assets across various products such as Investments, Trust / Estates and Banking and generates more than $6bn in revenue annually.
The Receptionist will interface with JPMorgan management, employees, and clients on a daily basis. Seeking a reliable and professional candidate to fulfill Receptionist / Administrative duties. Professionalism and the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information at all times is required.
Receptionist performs a variety of administrative duties, including, but not limited to:
Greeting guests, clients and employees
Validating client parking
Answering and directing all incoming calls appropriately
Managing conference room calendars
Coordinating catering service as needed for various meeting
Opening, managing and maintaining common areas in the branch
Setting up and tearing down conference rooms for meetings
Collecting, opening and distributing mail and packages
Coordinating checks and securities deliveries with central operations
Gathering and sending mail on behalf of branch
Creating and processing expense reports
Monitoring and ordering office and marketing supplies
Completing mass mailers, including mail merges, for branch
Actively involved in branch marketing events
Entering access requests to various systems
Involvement with new advisor onboarding and termination shut down
Liaison with facilities team for office repairs, upkeep
Liaison with building contacts for new employee ID badges and fire training
Candidate must have Strong Customer Service Skills; previous experience highly preferred
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Must also possess extreme attention to detail, with an ability to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to meet deadlines
Advanced ability to organize
Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management
Computer skills required; MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Minimum of 1-3 years in a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant role
