JPMorgan Chase Audience Targeting Team Manager in Wilmington, Delaware

Roles & Responsibilities –

The Marketing Services Audience Targeting team is responsible for developing targeting solutions which will marketing communications and treatments for Chase Card, Home Lending, Auto Finance and Merchant Services customers.

The Audience Targeting Team Manager will be responsible for managing a team of analysts who partner with Strategy teams to refine requirements and then utilize SAS and other technologies to create customer lists needed to launch marketing campaigns.

The Business Systems Manager’s responsibilities will include:

  • Providing oversight of the daily operations of a team of 5-8 analysts, ensuring work product and partner interactions consistently meet the team’s high expectation for quality, transparency and customer experience.

  • Identifying issues, risks and opportunities as well as leading efforts to improve the processes used by the team.

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for Audience Targeting and all aspects of the List creation process.

  • Working with business partners to come up with an approach to meet targeting needs

  • Maintaining a great employee experience including via effective coaching and mentoring

  1. Education:

Bachelors or higher degree. A concentration in relevant technical fields is a plus (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, etc.)

  1. Experience Required
  • 3+ years of experience in Audience Management, Data Analysis, Campaign Management or Agile Development

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team or demonstrated leadership and influencing of others.

  • Experience diagnosing gaps in processes and procedures coming up with detailed recommendations and implementing changes.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience Preferred

  • Experience managing a team of analysts who work with data, preferably as part of marketing campaign execution or analysis.

  • A background in marketing and/or the banking/financial services industry.

  • Experience using customer targeting marketing tools and software including SAS.

  • Knowledge of regulations that pertain to communicating and marketing to customers(such as privacy and TCPA regulations) Interpersonal

  • Excellent verbal communication and correspondence skills

  • Result oriented with proactive approach to resolving problems

  • Ability to motivate a team of technical analysts and provide ongoing support and guidance to the team

  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment

  • Ability to listen/observe/acknowledge/lead by example and provide recommendations

  • Should be comfortable presenting to large groups of peers as well business partners at all levels

  • Good time management and ability to prioritize

  • Plan and organize with clarity and attention to detail; quality oriented
