The Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) Infrastructure & Production Management organization provides infrastructure project delivery services to all CCB lines of business. This position is aimed at providing project and program delivery support for the CCB Cyber Security Program and Portfolio. As a Sr. Project Management resource you will be responsible for leading high profile, fast-paced projects that will span all CCB lines of business.
The CCB Cyber Security Program is a multi-year initiative aimed at improving the firm’s posture on how sensitive data is accessed and protected.
The successful candidate will have direct accountability for a project portfolio across multiple CCB Cyber Security workstreams – ensuring consistent and effective delivery across CCB.
We are looking for individuals who will take end to end ownership of their workstreams and develop into Subject Matter Experts.
Strict adherence to the CCB PDLC framework with delivery of all required project deliverables and processes.
Responsible for matrix-managing resources from multiple LOB’s and disciplines in order to collectively achieve the goal of the project on time and on budget.
10+ years of technology project/program management experience
Experience leading large-scale, high-profile projects with a track record of delivering on-time and under-budget
Cybersecurity experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to host, present, and facilitate meetings to all levels of management including Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Offers and their direct reports
Demonstrated ability of managing a project budget, reporting variance and remediating financial issues
Structured project management approach including documenting meetings, tracking and remediating project risks and issues, and formalizing escalations when appropriate
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and client management skills
Critical thinking, ability to understand, dissect and analyze information
Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment, meet deadlines and prioritize accordingly
Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills:
Ability to work across teams to solve/negotiate difficult, complex, and often politically charged issues and intuitively determine the most effective escalation path
Ability to positively influence people both internally and externally
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills necessary for various audiences including executive management
Excellent consulting / relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to develop working relationships with various levels of management, including C-level resources
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area, or equivalent professional experience
PMP certification desired
Working knowledge of Consumer & Community Bank (CCB) IT and its supporting Lines of Businesses
Working knowledge of GTI tools, processes and procedures
Hands on experience working with Clarity, resource allocation and financial management
Be extremely organized, yet comfortable in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with core and extended project teams members, stakeholders and peers
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
