JPMorgan Chase Digital Marketing Manager - Chase Auto - Wilmington, DE in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Digital Marketing Manager within Chase Auto, you will be responsible for leading the Digital Marketing tactics across Chase Auto which includes, Direct Auto, Refinance and Manufacturer/Partner programs.

This position reports to the Executive Director - Digital Innovation and Channels.

The Digital Marketing Manager will:

  • be responsible for developing the strategy and leading the internal marketing team for all elements of our digital programs

  • have specific responsibility for all digital Auto marketing campaigns and tactics covering public sites, ads, social media & affiliate marketing

  • optimize and grow existing digital marketing channels and identify, evaluate and recommend new ones

  • partner with search engines and social platforms to test new-to-market offerings

  • perform competitive analysis, industry research and the assessment of best practices, particularly as it relates to new digital platforms and technology

  • drive the strategy optimization and performance of our paid marketing channels at strategic and tactical levels

  • keep up with industry trends in Auto finance marketing and marketing in general to serve as a subject matter experts to the business

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Deep experience as a seasoned digital marketer

  • Prior experience managing paid media channels; Paid search and display strongly desired

  • Experience managing agency relationships required

  • Marketing expertise in the in the Auto or Auto Finance industry space a plus

  • Experience leading and managing Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing (SEO/SEM), marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Must be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

  • Must have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
